The new version of the software - Metscape 2.0 has a number of new features. It allows users to identify enriched pathways from expression profiling data, build and analyze the networks of genes and metabolites, and visualize the changes in the metabolite data. You will be downloading the beta version of the plug-in. Please be aware that there may be bugs or problems.
